Notes:

Even if we would not like to apply strict rules, we ask you not to smoke in the bedrooms . Smoking is permitted everywhere else.

Children must be supervised in the swimming pool.

*Your pets are welcome free of charge, but an extra on final cleanings will be applied if necessary.

Request of availability:

From the home page, specifing the number of persons, the dates and the accodomations, is possibile to receive the confirmation of availability and the way to proceed to reservation/payment.

Cancellation fees

In case of cancellation we will apply the following fees:

  • 40 days before check-in: 30% of the total price agreed;
  • from 39 to 25 days before check-in: 50% of the total price agreed;
  • from 24 to 2 days before check-in: 80% of the total price agreed;
  • less than 2 days before check-in:100% of the total price agreed
